Can I change / cancel my booking?

Of course, the cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival and later the down payment request can be used for a future stay. We accept change of date of reservation, availability permitting.
In the event of a lockdown or closure between nations, cancellation is free at any time.

Can I change / cancel my booking made on Booking.com?

You can change / cancel your booking yourself within the reserved area of Booking.com. Or you can contact us and we will cancel the reservation for you.
The cancellation terms have been reduced and we try to please all customers, often accepting the free cancellation even after the terms.

Is the SPA open?

Yes, with the exception of the emotional shower which is under maintenance. Access to the swimming pool will be reserved for hotel guests only, it will no longer be possible to access it if you do not stay at the hotel. The reservation is mandatory, and we recommend that you do it before your arrival, as access is very limited. Access to the changing rooms is limited: it’s better to change in your room and arrive at the pool ready. Before entering the pool, a soapy shower is mandatory. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. Babies must wear waterproof diapers. For those who do not have a waterproof cap or diaper, you can buy them directly at the reception of the wellness area!

Is the play area for children open?

NO. To ensure maximum safety, access to the play area is temporarily suspended. However, babysitting services are available upon reservation.

What are the hotel’s health protocols?

> SANITATION

An initial sanitization of all environments has been implemented to destroy or inactivate pathogens. Periodically the rooms will be sanitized using an ozone machine.

Daily room cleaning will no longer be carried out unless requested by the customer. Linen and sheets will be replaced on request also during the stay. Each room contains a sheet with an indication of the products used for cleaning.

Upon check-out, a sanitizing room treatment is carried out. The keys are also sanitized at each customer change.

In the pool, the% of chlorine present in the water has been increased. We have increased the frequency of cleaning, and the beds are sanitized at each change of customer.

> INSTALLATION OF A THERMAL CAMERA AT THE ENTRANCE

A thermal imaging camera is installed at the hotel entrance to monitor guests’ body temperature. If the device detects a temperature above 37.5 ° C, the guest cannot enter the hotel.

> SAFETY DISTANCES

In the hall, at the reception, in the lifts and in the common areas, indications are placed to remind customers of the safety distance to be respected.

A plexiglass barrier is been placed at the reception.

At the bar only table service is permitted with a social distance of 1.5 meters.

In the restaurant, customers sit at the tables and are served by the staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tables are placed 1.5 meters from each other.

> SAFETY DEVICES

All employees are equipped with personal protective equipment. The sanitizing gel dispensers are available to guests in all common areas.

How do you manage meals in the hotel?

Meals are served as always in the restaurant, preferably by reservation, in order to allow easier management of space and staff.
Breakfast is equipped with a buffet with a special plexiglass barrier and served by our staff in complete safety and in compliance with the rules.

Meals can be served in the room or on take-away on request.

Arrivals and departures: are there limitations?

Is the hotel accessible by public transport?

Yes of course, some trains are in operation and it is possible to request a transfer service to and from the Tarvisio Boscoverde railway station.
